Susannah has personally been in property for the last 25 years – starting with her own private project back in 1998, and fast realising she had a passion to renovate, build and decorate.

In 2013 she turned her time to the Algarve where she purchased several plots of land, in the hills with no planning permission. Since then she has gained planning, set budgets, worked with contractors and built beautiful villas.

​

Susannah previously did this as a passion project (profitable but for fun!) however she has now decided to focus more on the Algarve opportunities. Susannah’s years in the Commercial world allow her to manage projects from concept through to fruition and management. Sure Ground Assets will be the platform she uses to deliver yield for her investors.

Angelo was born in the Algarve and since then he has only worked in the world of property. He took a complex course as project designer from 1998 to 2001, between 2000 and 2001 he worked for free

in an architectural office after school to learn how to work with AutoCad. This level of commitment only goes half way to demonstrate how seriously Angelo takes Project Management and the exacting details involved with high end projects.

From 2001 to 2003 Angelo had a full-time contract in that very architectural office, but in addition in 2003 he did a short-term contract to work as execution design detail to a builder.

During the year of 2003 he took a night course on construction site management, from 2003 to 2004 he worked as a construction site manager for 2 different construction companies simultaneously to push himself and his knowledge, and from 2004 to today he has worked as a project manager, being that from 2012 self-employed. He now joins Sure Ground Assets and he and Susannah have managed key projects together including the entire

project from concept to completion of Susannah’s own private Villa in the heart of the Algarve.

Angelo has worked with all the big names in architecture in the Algarve, some of them known worldwide. His key experience is in the luxury end.
